United roll past Atlanta

(Atlanta, GA) — The Minnesota United are on a three-match winning streak following a 2-1 win over Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday.

Kervin Arriaga opened up the scoring with a goal in the 54th minute, and Tani Oluwaseyi found the back of the net six minutes later to put the Loons up two. Atlanta scored late but wasn’t able to come up with the equalizer. The United are in second place in the Western Conference with six wins, two draws, and two losses for 20 points.

They take on the LA Galaxy on May 15th.
